I have 5 ply would you recommend getting another to make sure its thick enough? I would like to make the No name from BBS and I want to make sure I get it right

Well i used three 3/4 inch boards for pretty much everything except some of the main blade above the hilt where it turns blue. So yeah, you may want more

Now I know I keep asking questions, sorry about that, but how did you cut out the smaller hole sections? I've been using a drill bit and then going from there, but that doesn't cut it.

By the way, this looks legitimately sick!!!! I cannot wait to see what it looks like when it's done!!
